I have been using my voice professionally since childhood, and after years of live performance, I found my true passion in voice-overs. Inspired by replacing a poorly created AI voice for a project, I realized I could bring more authenticity to voice work and began honing my craft. After retiring from live performance, I was eager to somehow continue using my voice as an expressive tool. I was drawn to voiceover after a poor AI voice was supplied to me for a project that I was working. I replaced the offending voice with my own and I was hooked! With decades of recording experience behind me, I realised that I could grow a new career from my own studio, so I set out to learn how to be a voice artist. Since then I've served hundreds of happy clients all over the globe, in English and in Welsh, with voiceovers to lend their projects gravitas, depth and emotion. In 2024 I was delighted to win the One Voice Award for Best Performance in Web/TV Commercial. You can see the ad, called 'Built For All Seasons' in the video section above. I also received a nomination for Best Performance in Radio Commercials and, at the this year's VOX awards I was nominated for Best Human Performance in a Visual Broadcast and Best Male Voiceover Performance of the Year. In 2025 I was nominated for Best Male Performance in Animation, Best Male Performance in Web/TV Commercials and Male Voiceover of the Year at the One Voice Awards UK. While my voice has covered many aspects of the industry, I especially enjoy scripts that call for a little drama and allow me to explore the full range of my versatility. Over the past year I've honed my production skills by writing and producing my first full cast audio drama, monologue audio dramas and offering a full custom gaming reel service.
